Road Care is a mobile application to help the public report road damage, potholes, or any other issues they may encounter on the country’s roads to the relevant authorities for repair. The app allows users to directly send their photos and videos to the authorities for repair and maintenance.

In order to report an issue, users need to fill out a form and upload their photos and videos. They can also add additional information, such as the location of the issue, the type of the issue, or the user’s experience with the issue. The app will also allow users to report issues or accidents on the road to the authorities for repair and maintenance.
After the report is submitted, it will be sent to a task force team at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and will be disseminated to all 25 provincial departments of public works and transport and other relevant authorities for repair.
